“Inemuri” is what the Japanese call the short sleep in between. In Tokyo there are now even cafés that specialize in power napping. “The Corne” Cafe, e.g. offers female employees between their meetings or interviews for a new job the possibility of resting 10 min. for a small fee. And there are Cafe’s providing space in Tokyo to doze for 30 minutes. The Chinese government states the great advantage on the “sleeping on the job rule” by the increase of 30 per cent work flow since it came about. We think the Cat Nap is a very good idea to be refreshed for the day. When are we starting to follow this idea?
